The song – true to its title – imagines a one-night stand: a charmingly sincere back-and-forth between Lady Lark and Minnesota heavyweight Har Mar Superstar, who lends guest vocals. Looking deeper, however, Lady Lark’s true MO is one that seems antithetical to a heavy-hearted scene; it’s a lighthearted ditty that invites listeners to do what makes them happy. If you want love for one night, go for it. If you want to dance, go for it. If you want to cut loose, for the love of God, go for it.
